Chicken Wings
Soaked in jalapeno citrus marinade and Cajun coated – “untraditional hot wings”, $14 a pound.
I use jumbo wings.
- I also leave the wings whole so they don’t fall apart as fast when they finally cook, and there’s ½ the pieces to move in the cooker.
- I first coat wings with hot sauce, then dry rub with a brown sugar Cajun mix.
- These are truly unique hot wings.
- I can customize the wings to meet any taste.
