How does it all work?
- You request your event date through our Online Catering Request Contact Form (click here)
- Look through our menu and include your choices on the form.
- Cyr BBQ will contact you to confirm the date and secure a deposit, which can also be placed online through PayPal.
Is the price "all-in"?
All catered events will have an 18% gratuity added to the invoice for your convenience, as well as Connecticut state sales tax of 6.35%.
What do I need to provide?
You only need to provide a buffet table for serving.
Can I order by the tray or by the pound?
Typically, event catering orders are priced and served based on the number of guests, so you would order per person. Side dishes are available by the pan.
In addition, we offer our BBQ by the tray or by the pound - contact us for pricing.
Do you offer any desserts and appetizers?
Yes, please see our menu for more information.
How much is the delivery charge?
We require a $150.00 minimum food purchase for delivery. The delivery charge is $1.00 per mile round trip, so if we deliver 20 miles from our pit, the delivery charge is $40.00.
How much space do I need at my event?
The Cyr BBQ trailers are 6' by 10' and we require the typical space of two regular-sized vehicles.
Do you offer bar service?
No, we do not have a liquor license and cannot handle your “adult beverage” needs.
Do you deliver to parks or beaches?
Yes, we do. Some restrictions apply.
