Chicken Wings

Soaked in jalapeno citrus marinade and Cajun coated – “untraditional hot wings”, $14 a pound.

I use jumbo wings.

  • I also leave the wings whole so they don’t fall apart as fast when they finally cook, and there’s ½ the pieces to move in the cooker.
  • I first coat wings with hot sauce, then dry rub with a brown sugar Cajun mix.
  • These are truly unique hot wings.
  • I can customize the wings to meet any taste.
