BBQ Chicken Catered to you, Only $15 per person

Cajun rubbed and slow-smoked. Your choice of breasts, legs and thighs or 1/2 chicken.

  • From whole chicken to boneless breast, I can prepare all cuts of the chicken.
  • Using a brown sugar cajun rub, I lightly season the chicken.
  • Then smoke for up to 2.5 hours at 200°.
  • I cook my chicken breast 'till medium rare in the smoke, then foil pan and wrap the breasts to finish slow.
  • The result is boneless breast that isn't dried out.

All meats are supplied by Meadow Meat Co. in Middletown, CT and are also available to purchase by the pound (precooked and frozen). Pitmaster Chad Cyr is certified and insured.
